Addis Ababa, June 6, 2024 (Addis Walta) Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed discussed with representatives of Saudi Arabia high-level investment delegation which was in Ethiopia for three day visit.
Their discussions said to have focused on investments in agriculture, housing, and tourism, with a special emphasis on local fertilizer production, according to the Office of the Prime Minister.
The Saudi high-level delegation, comprising 79 investors, resulted from bilateral talks between Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in November 2023 during the Saudi-Africa Summit.
